We've all had less than stellar encounters with customers, but coming across a one-star review about said encounter online isn't exactly a great feeling. In this instance, the Redditor was actually trying to multitask and handle their job well by continuing a phone conversation with a customer while ringing up a physical customer in the store. Unfortunately, this Kevin was not having it. Not only did he refuse to let the Redditor try to do both tasks at once, but he huffed and puffed as he was waiting. Eventually, he just dumped the supplies he was going to purchase on the counter and walked out. You know, real "you lost a faithful customer" energy. One would think that this encounter would end there, but the Redditor later came across an extremely skewed take on the whole situation in a one-star review on the Internet.
