Driver who killed Bria Joyce filmed himself drinking beer before the crash at Red Cliffs Victoria

Joshua Moore videoed himself drinking a Carlton Dry beer minutes before colliding with Senior Constable Bria Joyce at Red Cliffs, Victoria on April 8 last year, the Coroners Court heard on Tuesday.
