'Dr. Doom' Nouriel Roubini says Credit Suisse may be too big to save and risks igniting a 'Lehman moment'

"It's not clear that, unlike the United States, the [Swiss] federal system has enough resources to engineer a bailout," Roubini told Bloomberg TV.
