Upstate NY is blanketed in 24 inches of snow - causing at least 1,100 flights to be canceled

The storm is the first nor'easter of the season, and has seen millions placed under winter storm warnings. Affected states include New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire.
