Bureau Of Prisons Sees End Of Cares Act Home Confinement, Some Prisoners Will Be Left Behind

The CARES Act is coming to an end and with it the Federal Bureau of Prisons plans to end the program of placing some minimum security inmates on home confinement to finish their prison term. However, some prisoners will be left behind.
