Japanese hotel boss found dead with suicide note after it emerged spa water was changed twice a year

Makoto Yamada, 70, was found dead in the city of Chikushino on Sunday morning. He had quit the hotel 10 days prior after it emerged the spa bath water was only changed twice a year.
