Deon 'Mad Dog' Hulse who had a skull inked on his face has died aged 40 

Deon 'Mad Dog' Hulse, of Walsall, who appeared on the Jeremy Kyle Show in an episode called 'How Could My Boyfriend Destroy His Own Face?' has died aged 40.
