Congress Needs To Act On Crypto But The Senate Is Way Behind

Congress should grill SEC Chairman Gary Gensler on why he hasn't provided more guidance and why he hasn't adopted Commissioner Peirce's proposal (or something similar). Crypto has been around for more than a decade and steadily grown. There is no longer any excuse for inaction.
