Central Park Zoo halts the search for Eurasian eagle owl named Flaco that escaped in Manhattan

Central Park Zoo is to give up trying to recapture an owl that escaped its enclosure earlier this month after its metal cage was cut open by vandals. Flaco the owl seems to be doing just fine.
