Jota, a.k.a. Cabbage Stew is a homestyle, home-cook kind of dish. My recipe is inspired by the version that I had at Restaurant Jakob Franc in Ljubljana. It is not a fancy Michelin-starred, refined stew/soup, but it is remarkable in a warm, comforting way that is both simple and soul satisfying.
