New London Redevelopment Pays Homage To Its Heritage With Mindful Interior Design

Owned by the renowned London-based wine merchants Berry Bros. & Rudd, No.1 St James is a residential apartment block which has recently been redeveloped. Paying homage to the building's heritage was a key factor in the redesign, thanks to developers Obbard and design expert Kate Watson-Smyth.
