Reserve Bank governor Philip Lowe says bank profits are a positive for the country

Reserve Bank Governor Philip Lowe said it was a 'positive for the country' for the big banks to make a lot of money as interest rates kept rising, after the Commonwealth Bank had a 10 per cent profit jump.
