Historic Welsh miners' village of 16 houses is sold - leaving residents 'facing a 60% rise in rent'

Villagers say they are now facing a '60 per cent rise in rent prices' following the £1million sale of Aberllefenni in Gwynedd, north Wales, to a London-based property firm.
