Brain tumour patient who thought surgeon Charlie Teo was 'God' left in vegetative state until death

Dr Teo has faced a second day of proceedings before the Health Care Complaints Commission in Sydney over allegations he did not sufficiently inform patients about the risks involved with surgery.
