Suicidal U-Haul driver, 62, who mowed down eight people in Brooklyn has 'history of mental illness'

Weng Sor, 62, had been living with his mother in Las Vegas before moving abruptly to Florida several months ago. Sor's son and brother-in-law said he was severely disturbed and did not take his medication.
