Homeowner whose garden was invaded by Japanese knotweed from council land wins £300K court fight

Engineer Marc Davies, 38, of Bridgend, south Wales, has won a landmark £300,000 court case against his local authority for allowing Japanese Knotweed to spread into his garden.
