This one is tough to call... on the one hand, this niece needed to learn that people don't always get their way sooner or later. On the other hand, she was just being a bratty teenager, like all other bratty teenagers, and not to mention, she had been through so much over the years since her parents passed away. Given that history, telling the niece you have been raising that she can just pack up and live with her other uncle could totally feed into abandonment issues. This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit by u/AdhesivenessNeat5584, who also shared an update at the end of his post responding to the general consensus from the comments section.
