Horrified husband finds his wife has died after she went to bed complaining of a sore shoulder 

Mother-of-two Clare Duffy died from a pulmonary embolism aged 41 after going to bed with a sore shoulder. The family, devastated, are looking for support with funeral costs for Clare and her mother.
