Doctor cycling on Pacific Coast Highway is mowed down by Lexus then stabbed to death by the driver

Southern California authorities say a cyclist, later identified as Michael Mammone, 58, died after being hit from behind by a white Lexus while riding on the Pacific Coast Highway in the Dana Point area.
