Woman is beaten and pepper-sprayed by dognapper who rips her puppy from her arms in broad daylight

Police are on the lookout for a dognapper who attacked a woman in front of a pet store and stole her Maltipoo puppy. Rosa Muñoz was pet sitting on Monday while working at Planet Pet with the pooch.
