Oregon man, 36, who 'tortured and attempted to kill' his date is taken into custody

Benjamin Obadiah Foster, 36, of Wolf Creek, has been taken into custody by the Grants Pass Police Department on Tuesday after he alleged bound and beat Justine Siemens nearly to death last week.
