Shocking moment SUV driver deliberately mows down New York City cyclist and his dog on 5th Avenue

Michael Palacios, pictured right, was mown down by the SUV on Manhattan's iconic 5th Avenue after he told the motorist he 'drives like s***'. Footage of the collision has since gone viral on social media.
