Sadiq Khan wants to extend ULEZ across London driving white van men from road with £3k bills

Sadiq Khan (pictured), 52, has decided to extend his (ULEZ) to cover the entirety of his fiefdom's 32 boroughs. From August 29, vehicles that do not meet emissions standards will have to pay a £12.50.
