Council demands Sadiq Khan gives London more time to switch to cleaner vehicles in row over ULEZ

Plans to extend London's Ultra Low Emission Zone were criticised by the Councillor for Barking and Dagenham, Darren Rodwell who said that the cost of living should be better considered.
