Federal Prisoners Concerned Over End Of CARES Act National Emergency Declaration

The Federal Bureau of Prisons has had the authority to transfer some prisoners to home confinement as part of the Covid-19 national emergency implemented under the CARES Act. That program may be coming to an end.
