Series: Will A Constitutional Challenge Of Mandatory Inclusionary Zoning Work?

Most housing challenges based on the Constitution are a waste of time and money. I’ll take that to my grave unless someone, someday proves me wrong. I hope they do. But there is still hope to stop the policy; states have the ability to change the law. We’ll look at that next.
