Man, 19, identified as speeding motorcyclist who fled cops taking them on a wild high-speed chase

Charles Reid Roseberry, 19, of Riverdale, Georgia has been identified as the speeding motorcyclist who took police on a wild high-speed chase through two counties in Georgia.
