New year, new me!.. — new job? If your employer is pushing out tone-deaf policy changes like this to start off 2023, then this might be the year that you look for a fresh start to your employment. Let's be real; it's been a rough few years; if you had told me that it had been three years since the start of the hot mess that was 2020 — I just simply wouldn't believe you. Two years? Maybe. Not much to speak of… that's why we all need a win in 2023; this is the year that we manifest that turnaround and make the most of the year ahead.This manager thought that they'd manifest a turnaround of their business for 2023. So, without taking into account the morale of their team, they published a manifesto of overbearing rules that employees were to follow in the new year. One of their employees published photos of the rules to Reddit's r/antiwork subreddit, where they proceeded to go viral.By far, the greatest crime of this entire thing is the font that was used.
