TUI customers rage at the holiday firm after being refused refunds for ski trip to 'snowless resort'

Crystal Ski, which is part of Tui, has a policy of securing alternative slopes for its clients if a resort is entirely closed - arguing this does not apply to the Bulgarian resort of Borovets.
