Broken Promises: Why Higher Ed Is Backtracking On Their DEI Commitments

Many institutions are backtracking on their DEI promises. After the murder of George Floyd, there was an onslaught of commitments to racial equity and justice. Years later, the momentum has dissolved. This article examines this issue in more detail and provides recommendations for institutions.
