Tenant rehoused because over 'mushrooms' has been moved to new flat riddled with 'damp and mould'

Carl Madden was moved in March 2021 from a Clayton flat that had 'mushrooms' growing on the wall. He has since been rehoused into a flat (pictured) that is riddled with 'damp and mould'.
