Energy firms 'hoarding up to £2BILLION' of their customers' cash and raising direct debit repayments

Gas and electricity giants including EDF, Centrica and Shell, among dozens of other smaller suppliers, have been hoarding up to £2billion of their customers' hard-earned cash.
