Should Machines Replace “Leaders”? Even Jack Welch?

Leaders can be inconsistent, weak, driven by vested interests, vindictive, uninformed, influenced by friends, fearful (of lots of things), and inaccessible. They also frequently abuse their power until it’s all gone. Could machines lead better? Can algorithms replace flawed human decision-making?
