Bevendale floods: Manslaughter charge for driver over Ghosn Ghosn, Bob Chahine deaths

A 41-year-old man has been charged with manslaughter after two Sydney dads, travelling in the tray of his ute, died when he allegedly drove into floodwaters in southwest NSW.
