Ohio teacher THROWS deaf child, 9, to ground: Catholic deaf school brush it off as 'minor incident'

A teacher at the St. Rita School for the Deaf in Evendale, Ohio, appeared to throw a child to the ground in a disturbing video from inside the school last week.
