Box covering statue of Christopher Columbus in Philly is removed after judge ruled against mayor

In her ruling, Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt said the city had a 'fiduciary duty' to preserve the statue and that the monument was not considered as city property. Mayor Jim Kenny said he was 'disappointed.'
