Police stop white van driver who de-iced TINY patch of windscreen to drive in Harlow in the cold

The owner of a white Ford Transit van (pictured with tiny de-iced patch) was stopped by police at a Sainsbury's petrol station in Harlow, Essex last night after failing to properly de-ice their windscreen.
