Cyclist yells 'get out of the f*****g way' to car narrowly avoiding a £100 fine from a police car

A London cyclist was wrongly told that he had broken the law after swearing at an undercover police car, the Met said. The Wandsworth cyclist was told he was 'inconsiderate and stupid'.
