Cole Custer is moving down to the Nascar Xfinity Series in 2023, as Stewart-Haas Racing is replacing him with Ryan Preece. The move, however, is not necessarily a step down for Custer. The 24-year-old will have an opportunity to show why he deserves to return to the Cup Series in top-tier cars.
