Contractor falls into wood chipper and dies while trimming trees, Kentucky cops say 

Joseph 'Joey' Wesley Manire, 46, was killed on Monday after he fell into wood chipper while trimming trees. There were 113 wood chipper-related deaths from 1982 to 2016, according to a 2018 study.
