Photos dated November 9 reveal blast damage to a PzH 2000 howitzers, including a scored rifled gun barrel. But the front hull underneath appears to have been spared, possibly thanks to a protective matting densely covered in 60-millimeter rubber rods called igelpanzerung—literally “hedgehog armor.”
