Perth Zoo: Family slammed for climbing over the barricades to touch a giant tortoise in its pen

The couple allegedly lifted both their children into the Galapagos tortoise pen at the Perth Zoo on Sunday, holding one child inches away from the slow-moving animal in front of horrified visitors.
