#1-Ranked Industry Analyst Patrick Moorhead's first impression of Broadcom acquiring VMWare was negative. Broadcom CEO Hock Tan has been communicative, often indirectly responding to pointed criticism. That should be very positive for VMWare customers, its ecosystem, & Broadcom shareholders.
