UK ministers seek advice on whether Nicola Sturgeon's independence drive is UNLAWFUL

UK ministers are seeking Whitehall advice and will demand 'urgent clarification' on whether it is lawful this week from the permanent secretary of the Scottish government, John-Paul Marks.
