James Cleverly 'not worried' about colonial mural of a black boy that hangs in Foreign Office

The mural, titled Britannia Pacificatrix, is one of five in the Foreign Office that were completed between 1914 and 1921 by artist Sigismund Goetze. It depicts Africa as a small black boy holding fruit.
