Eco-diplomacy is an increasingly important peacemaking tool. The Israeli-Jordanian-Palestinian NGO EcoPeace is calling for a regional Green Blue Deal, an energy-water exchange that would promote interdependency, lower energy costs and assure water equity, while lowering CO2 emissions.
