Mourner 'who approached Queen's coffin to check if she was dead' is still too ill to attend court

Muhammad Khan 28, was tackled to the ground by police after he seized the Royal Standard on top of Elizabeth II's coffin with both hands at around 9:30pm on September 16 in Westminster Hall.
