Geordie conman is caught carrying counterfeit money with 'twenty poond' printed on them

William Hickson, 33, of Gateshead, was arrested with 41 fake notes stuffed in his sock. On inspection, the notes (pictured) were found to have the Geordie slang 'poond' instead of 'pounds' printed on them.
