Murder suspects, 24 and 28, 'fleeced and killed 71-year-old woman', Old Bailey hears

The body of Louise Kam, 71, was found on August 1 last year near the home of Mohammed El-Abboud, 28, in Barnet, north London. El-Abboud and Kusai Al-Jundi, 24, both deny murder.
