Senators Blackburn, Cotton, Grassley, Lee, and Rubio have sent a stern letter to 51 law firms warning them about giving advice to their clients on ESG. There might be hearings! This is important work and the Senators deserve some hopefully helpful advice from me regarding the oil and gas sector.
